STERILIZATION CHAMBERS (1 to 32 pallets)
Rectangular type, the chamber is designed to receive standard euro pallets 0,80 x 1,20 m in single row (STEROX A), or in double row (STEROX B or C).
Stainless steel construction (304 solid stainless internal plates) with internal chemical passivation providing a smooth clean aspect.
Single or double door with pneumatic lifting device for pit installation (sliding hinge with pneumatic cylinder) with local manual control of the doors. Silicon inflatable gaskets at each end, providing perfect vacuum tightness.
Double jacket for circulation of hot water around the chamber and on the doors.
Heat insulation of the doors supplied from the factory (polished stainless steel), other insulation to be installed locally (side walls of the chamber, top, including gas recirculation duct if the option is included).
The chamber will be pressure tested (for heating circuits) and vacuum tested in the workshop, prior to further testing.
