Our product range is divided in several types corresponding to various application/ processes:
- AC type: standard steam autoclaves corresponding to the medical application: hospital, clinics, surgical application
- ACL type: laboratory steam autoclaves corresponding to the application met in research laboratory such as liquid cycle, accelerated cooling cycles with sterile air counter pressure single or double bioseal, decontamination, P3 application.
- ACL+ type: GMP steam autoclaves designed in order to meet the pharmaceutical requirements in term of construction as well as documentation DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, SAT etc. and FDA compliance packages.
- ACLV type: ventilated air steam autoclaves for thermo-sensitive products which needs to be delivered dry after sterilization, such as infusion bags, plastic bottles, prefilled syringes. An air counter pressure is applied during the sterilization cycle and the homogeneity of the mixture is given by fans and baffles, creating suitable steam + air flow throughout the batch.

The design of TBM steam autoclaves is based on standard proven processes, meanwhile the high flexibility and experience of our team of engineers allows to adapt the sterilization equipment to any particular requirement.
Among the specific features to be integrated in addition to our standard design, we can mention:
Single or double bioseal, double control panel (with or without remote PC supervision), in-chamber sterilization of condensats, P3 application.
In line sterilization of filters, accelerated cooling by immersion of the steam jacket with cold water, direct water spray, chamber ventilation etc.
Special chamber sizes can also be designed specifically up to 10 000 litters or more.
TBM can also undertake process feasibility with product testing in our laboratory.
