PERFORMANCE

• Steam jackets (continuous on free standing types)
  with option for heated doors on industrial chambers avoid any cold points in the vessel, providing high drying performance in case of porous loads
  
  
• Independant steam generator
  (electric, steam, or gas heated) to supply high quality clean steam. Direct factory steam supply in case of industrial autoclaves



• High capacity liquid ring vacuum pump
  working without any additional device (condensor or ejector) to reach high vacuum rapidly during the initial pulses or drying phases



• Accurate regulation of parameters
  with dual interlinked pressure + temperature control

COST EFFECTIVE OPERATIONS

• Water recycling for the vacuum pump with option for chilling unit (closed circuit cooling)
• Recycling condensates in the steam generator when possible.

• Human machine interface based on easy operated touch screen colour panel
• Various pages available to control the cycles with process values, active mimicdiagram, alarm pages, parameters records etc.
• Easy cycle programmation and process configuration with pass-code (21 CFR part 11 compliant)
• PC connection for remote control SCADA supervision
• The whole process is controlled from the PLC (Programmable logic controller) giing a very high level of safety and reproductivity of cycles
• Multichannel (Two to six) linear chart recorder With possibility of data-storage from the chart recorder
